Larnaca Sewerage and Drainage Board
supports development and the natural environment

Works in progress

The project concerns the construction of 11,4 km of sewers, as well as the construction of two pumping stations in two different areas. Sub-area A of the Contract covers the industrial area of the Municipality of Larnaca, which borders towards the northeast with Eleftherias Avenue, with Pentadaktylou Street towards the northwest, with Troodous Street towards the southeast and the Industrial Area of the Aradippou Municipality towards the southwest. Sub-area B of the Contract borders with Spyros Kyprianou Avenue towards the west and southwest, with the motorway leading to Paralimni towards the north and with areas served by Phase A of the sewerage system towards the southeast.

The project’s worth amounted to €2.647.000 plus VAT and was awarded to Cyfield Development Public Ltd after a public tender.

The construction works began in July 2018 and are expected to be completed within 13 months.

The project concerns the construction of 15 km of sewers. The area of construction contract C21 belongs to the Municipality of Aradippou and borders with the Municipality of Larnaca towards the south, with agricultural land towards the north and west, and finally with the GSZ Stadium towards the east.

The project’s worth amounted to €3.149.982,73 plus VAT and was awarded to FAP CONSTRUCTION Ltd after a public tender.

The construction works shall begin in December 2018 and are expected to be completed within 12 months.

The Larnaca Sewerage Board would like to inform the public that between April 4th 2019 and April 10th 2019 construction works will be in progress in the following streets:

Promitheon Street

CONTRACT C21

  • Larnaca Area

Agiou Prokopiou Street, Agion Saranta Street, Agiou Sozomenou Street, Antheon Street
