For any possible problems or malfunctions concerning the sewerage system, the Larnaca Sewerage System maintains a call centre operating 24/7 and which receives the complaints of the public and immediately resolves any issues that might arise.

The procedure is both simple and easy. Regarding any type of complaint, call 24651478 and provide your full name, address, phone number and a description of the problem you are facing. Next, the centre notifies a crew to check and repair the problem. In case the problem you are facing cannot be resolved by the Larnaca Sewerage Board, you will immediately be notified, as well as about any other procedure you might need to follow.
