How to settle your bill
For the public’s convenience, payment of the charges can be made via the following methods:
- Online at www.jccsmart.com or through your bank’s online banking portal.
- At the Larnaca Citizen Service Centre, Andrea Miaouli Street, No. 11, 6017 Larnaca. Cashier Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 13:30
- At the Board’s offices, on the Corner of Ira Street and Foti Kontoglou Street in Larnaca. Cashier Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00-14:30.
- Automatic payment through standing order which can be settled in our offices upon customer’s order and by submitting a Bank Account IBAN number.
According to article 30 (3) (a) of the Sewerage Systems Law of 1971 – (No.2) of 2017, failure to pay the current year’s charges within the given deadline leads to a 5% penalty upon the unpaid amount if this is paid within four months of the payment deadline and to a 15% penalty if this is paid later than four months of the payment deadline.
